Transformation Workshop – Year of the Fire Horse

In May 2026, we warmly invite you to a unique, transformative workshop at Tjauls Gård, one of Gotland’s most beautiful horse farms.

Over three immersive days, you will explore presence, body awareness, and inner alignment through two complementary approaches: an equine-assisted experience with ESMH therapy horses and the CANTIENICA Method for Body in Evolution.

This workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience how the body, breath, and nervous system can return to a more natural balance.

We offer two workshops:

  • Workshop 1: 1–3 May 2026
  • Workshop 2: 8–10 May 2026

Part I: The power of the horse

With Kia Hildén and her ESMH therapy horses

In the first part of the workshop, Kia introduces you to the profound experience of connecting with her therapy horses.

Horses are highly sensitive animals that respond directly to human presence and energy. When we meet them with awareness and openness, something remarkable often happens: our breath slows, our nervous system calms, and our attention naturally moves into the present moment.

Through guided exercises and quiet interaction with the horses, you will experience how their powerful presence can open a space for authentic connection – both with yourself and with others.

Part II: Embodiment and alignment

With Heike Bettendorf and the CANTIENICA Method

In the second part of the workshop, Heike guides you through the CANTIENICA Method for Body in Evolution.

This method focuses on precise alignment and embodied centring. Through subtle yet powerful movements and awareness, you will explore how the body can move with greater strength, lightness, and inner support.

The work helps activate deep postural structures and reconnect you with the body’s natural intelligence. Many participants experience improved posture, increased vitality, and a deeper sense of inner stability.

Price

  • 1–3 May / Workshop 1: Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday SEK 5,750 per person
  • 8–10 May / Workshop 2: Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday SEK 5,750 per person

If you book both workshops, you receive a 40% discount and pay only SEK 3,450 for Workshop 2.

Individual Sessions Between the Workshops

During the days between Workshop 1 and Workshop 2, it is possible to book individual sessions.

Heike

  • Cantienica / Individual training – 1 hour: SEK 950 per person
  • Regression therapy – 2 hours: SEK 1,675 per person
  • Chinese Metaphysical birth chart analysis – 1 hour: SEK 750 per person
