In May 2026, we warmly invite you to a unique, transformative workshop at Tjauls Gård, one of Gotland’s most beautiful horse farms.
Over three immersive days, you will explore presence, body awareness, and inner alignment through two complementary approaches: an equine-assisted experience with ESMH therapy horses and the CANTIENICA Method for Body in Evolution.
This workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience how the body, breath, and nervous system can return to a more natural balance.
