Welcome to a unique opportunity to explore personal growth through ESMH – Emotional Mirroring with Horses in a small group setting (maximum 6 participants). Throughout August and September, you’re invited to experience Kia’s guidance and the quiet wisdom of the horses – in a safe, inspiring environment at beautiful Tjauls Gård, just outside Visby. You’ll receive:

• A thought-provoking talk to spark insight and reflection
• Body scan for presence and stillness
• A live demonstration of an ESMH session by Kia
• Individual time with a horse (15 minutes), with Kia present as support

Whether you want to deepen your self-awareness, break unhelpful patterns, or reconnect with yourself, this is a powerful and accessible way to begin.
